Kolko & Casey, P.C.’s commitment to our clients into 2024 and beyond

With the retirement of Senior Partner David Kolko at the end of 2023, our law firm, Kolko & Casey, P.C. will continue our practice of providing stellar service to our clients.

Under the leadership and ownership of Managing Partner, Jennifer Casey, and with the support of an excellent team of Senior Associate Attorneys Andrea Sweeney and Petula McShiras, Associate Attorney Kayla Choun, and experienced professional support staff, our law firm is committed to continuing to provide high quality and creative immigration legal services for our clients – U.S. employers, families, and individuals from around the globe.

In anticipation of David Kolko’s retirement, Jennifer and David worked closely together over the past several years to facilitate and ensure a smooth transition for all our clients.
In January 2019, Jennifer Casey became owner and shareholder of Kolko & Casey, P.C., and has been Kolko & Casey P.C.’s Managing Partner for the past two years. Jennifer initially joined Kolko & Casey, P.C. (then known as Kolko & Associates, P.C.) 14 years ago as an Associate Attorney. In 2014, she became a Senior Associate and in 2016, a Partner in the Firm.

In 2019, Jennifer purchased 50% of the Firm from David Kolko, becoming an owner and shareholder. In 2022, Jennifer became Managing Partner of the law firm, and as of January 1, 2024, Ms. Casey became the sole owner and shareholder of Kolko & Casey, P.C.

Jennifer and her team at Kolko & Casey, P.C. look forward to the privilege of working with current and future clients on their immigration journeys. We are committed to finding thoughtful, efficient, and creative immigration solutions in a complicated and continuously shifting legal landscape.
