Founding Partner David Kolko retired from the practice of immigration law at the end of 2023. Prior to his retirement, he served as Founder and Partner at Kolko & Casey, P.C. where he specialized in the field of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law for 23 years.

Together with Kolko & Casey’s team of experienced attorneys and professional staff, David Kolko represented clients worldwide with immigration cases based on employment, family relationships, naturalization, asylum, and select removal proceedings.

David was an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), which is the primary national organization of over 17,000 immigration professionals devoted to immigration law in the United States.  Between 2010 and 2015, David served on the Colorado AILA chapter’s Executive Committee, and served in leadership positions within AILA’s National organization as well.

Throughout his immigration legal career, David was well respected by his colleagues and clients alike and was widely considered an expert on local and national immigration issues and the various agencies.
